Tube In Tube Sterilizer
The sterilizer is composed of a four-layer sleeving pipe or multi-pipe. Heat exchanger; Stepless speed change conveying pump, holder, closed water barrel, superheating water generator, frame, controller, etc.
Includes heating section, sterilizing section, and cooling section. The Tube group has the features of simple structure and small resistance.
With the flange isolates air protection, automatic and pneumatic control, the output and reflux are controlled by valves via thermal resistance and PLC. The capacity and lift of the cleaning pump are larger than similar products. There is a diversion device to enhance the heat transfer effect and also can avoid scaling inside the tube
